From Self-Doubt to AIIMS: My INI-CET 2025 Journey | Dr Arundhati. AIR 548
Share
If someone had told me a year ago that I’d be writing a success story today with an All India Rank of 548 in INI-CET 2025, I don’t think I would’ve believed it.
Fresh out of MBBS, like many others, I was filled with confusion — Where to start? How to study? How much to revise? What resources to trust?
The answer came in the form of MedPG Coimbatore. And today, looking back, joining MedPG was the most decisive step in my academic journey.
🎓 The Starting Point: Overwhelmed and Undirected
As a freshly graduated doctor, I had all the intent but none of the structure. My preparation lacked rhythm. There was so much content to cover, so many topics I didn’t feel confident in, and no clear vision of how to make it all come together in time for INI-CET.
I vividly remember sitting in my room, flipping through textbooks, feeling lost. That’s when I came across MedPG. The campus in Coimbatore offered exactly what I needed — not just materials and tests, but a full ecosystem that would guide me, discipline me, and believe in me.
🔁 The Power of the MedPG System
From the moment I joined, everything changed. MedPG gave me what I lacked — structure and momentum.
What Helped Me Most:
- A Timed Daily Schedule: I knew what to study, when to study, and how to study.
- Grand Tests and Subject-Wise Exams: The constant testing gave me real-time feedback and pushed me to improve every week.
-
The Three Rounds of Revision: This was a game-changer.
✅ First revision helped me consolidate
✅ Second revision was all about fixing weak areas
✅ Third revision — rapid and targeted — was my confidence booster before the exam.
By the time INI-CET approached, I was not just prepared — I was calm, collected, and focused.
👩⚕️ The Coimbatore Ecosystem: My Preparation Sanctuary
There’s something magical about the MedPG Coimbatore campus. It’s not just a building. It’s a space where aspirants turn into achievers.
- The reading halls were open 24x7, helping me develop intense focus.
- The faculties were approachable, insightful, and motivating — they made difficult concepts seem easy.
- The support staff made life easier, so I could concentrate on studies without distractions.
- And most importantly, the peer environment pushed me to work harder and stay accountable.
💬 A Special Thanks to Dr. Safiya Salam
Throughout my journey, one person who stood out was Dr. Safiya Salam. Her presence wasn’t just academic — it was emotional.
Her moral support, encouragement during stressful weeks, and her ability to connect with students on a personal level made a huge difference in my mindset. Every time I spoke to her, I walked away with more clarity and more strength.
🎉 The Result: AIR 548 in INI-CET 2025
When I saw my result, I broke down. AIR 548. It was everything I had worked for, and more.
It wasn’t just about the number — it was about the journey from confusion to clarity, from fear to confidence. MedPG didn’t just help me crack INI-CET — it helped me become the best version of myself.
💌 To All MedPG Juniors and Future Aspirants
